Art Formats: Artwork should be submitted via E-mail, Zip disk, or CD Rom. All digital files should be Vector Created in Adobe Illustrator or exported into Adobe Illustrator format. All digital files should be saved as EPS files. All colors should include PMS colors to match. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Jpeg and other file formats can be used if necessary but artwork charges may occur. Compress all emailed files into Zip folders. A fax or laser print of all digital files must be submitted with your purchase order. Art Charges: Factory artwork is billed at $60.00(v) per hour, if artwork adjustments are required. All art charges will be pre-approved. Changes to art and layout requested by customer will incur art charges and may delay production. Proof Approvals: All artwork submitted to KGM will be faxed or emailed for customer approval. The proof should be examined very closely before it is signed off. Not only should the typesetting be looked at for correct spelling but also for color and the overall layout. The proof should always be considered the FINAL approval on any artwork. Delayed response will result in delayed production. Once the proof is approved KGM will not be responsible for errors in artwork.
